At TeaTsy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. That's why we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly refund policy.
Cancellation:
• You can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped or produced for a full refund. Simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at hi@teatsy.com.
• Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns:
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will accept a return up to 60 days after delivery. We will give back the full order amount, minus the shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You can contact us at hi@teatsy.com if you want to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The items will not be accepted if they are sent back without asking for a return.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days at hi@teatsy.com with your order number and a picture of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try to work toward a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods, such as teas, and custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. We can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive an email notification.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after 2 business days, please check your bank account and credit card statements.
