Order Tracking

Please note: During this year's Black Friday period, our shipping may be delayed by 1-3 business days. Our dedicated team is working overtime to process your orders, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to avoid overwhelming our staff.

Due to recent disruptions in shipping, orders being sent to Ukraine, Serbia, Montenegro, and Central and Eastern Europe may experience delays of one to three weeks. Similarly, orders en route to remote areas of Canada and Australia may be delayed for up to five to seven days due to custom clearance procedures.

Rest assured that we have taken all necessary measures to minimize these delays and ensure the timely delivery of your order. If your order has exceeded the normal delivery time, please check your email (including your spam folder) for logistic updates. We regularly send out logistics reminders in case of any delays.

* Please Note due to size and weight restrictions, some international orders may be shipped in multiple packages using different tracking numbers. Orders that include tea products will be shipped separately. You will not receive further notifications regarding these split shipments.

If you notice a gap in the tracking timeline, please check your order confirmation email or log in to your account for additional tracking numbers. Splitting orders is standard practice for managing large and bulky items. Though parts will travel separately, you can expect full and timely delivery of your items as tracked.

Contact us immediately if you still believe something was left out of your complete order after all expected deliveries. We will address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
