If your order has shipped and you want to return it please reach out to email@example.com.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will accept a return up to 30 days after delivery. We will give back the full order amount, minus the shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The items will not be accepted if they are sent back without asking for a return.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days at email@example.com with your order number and a picture of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try to work toward a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, and custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. We can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will let you know if the return was approved or not after we have inspected it. If approved, you'll get a refund on your original payment method. It can take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
